Fertility Monitor

It is said that a female becomes a woman the day she gets pregnant. Getting pregnant is probably one of the happiest moments in a woman’s life and it can easily be said as a new beginning for a woman. In order to check whether you are pregnant or not, you will come across several devices available at the stores that can help you with that. Similarly, there are also electronic devices that are designed to help you understand and also monitor your fertility. Such a device is known as a fertility monitor. These electronic devices often analyze the hormonal changes in your body through your urine, electrical properties of your vaginal fluids, and saliva, as well as, your body temperature.

How Does Pregnancy Basically Work?

If you are good at perceiving or feeling things, you will be aware of how babies are developed. Most of you know that when a woman meets a man and the couple feel attracted towards each other, they have sex. After a time span of 9 months the woman gives birth to a baby. However, there is much more to this than what meets the naked eye. It is needless to say that a woman’s ovaries give rise to fertility. When you talk about ovaries, these are basically 2 glands that are shaped like almonds and attached to the uterus.

During the entire reproductive years, a woman is most likely to release about 400 eggs. The reproductive years for a woman begin from the time of her first period and end with menopause. Most of the time, it is seen that menopause takes place for women between the age of 45 years to 55 years. During ovulation, the egg inside a woman stays alive for around 24 hours. In order to conceive, a woman needs to get fertilized quickly. During the process of connection between a woman’s egg and a man’s sperm, the sperm unites with the egg and this gives rise to conception. Just in case the pregnancy does not take place, the ovaries will stop producing estrogen and progesterone. This will also make the uterine lining shed during the next period.

How Does a Man’s Sperm Reach a Woman’s Egg?

Once you are done having sex with your partner, there is not much you can do to enhance the chances of conception. Although the woman can lie down on her back with the butt elevated for around half an hour to help the sperm reach the egg, nothing else can be done. After sex, millions of sperms given off by the man travels inside the woman to reach the egg. The acids of the vagina form the first barrier that can easily kill the sperms. Add to that the fact that cervical mucus can easily cause an impenetrable frontier for the sperms. When a woman is most fertile, this cervical mucus will clear away on its own.

A man’s sperms have to travel around 7 inches from the cervix to the uterus followed by the fallopian tubes. If the sperms fail to locate the egg inside these fallopian tubes, the sperms can stay alive in the reproductive tract for around 3 to 5 days. It is important for you to understand that only a few sperms actually make it and have access to the egg. The others die along the course to the egg. Even for the sperms that actually make it to the egg, it is important for them to penetrate the egg first before the other sperms do. Once this successfully achieved, the egg changes and prevents other sperms to access the insides of it. It then gets fertilized within a day.

How to Plan Your Pregnancy?

Then key to planning pregnancy is to determine when to ovulate. Once you know about this fact, you can easily understand when you will be most likely to be most fertile. It will not be a bad idea to start tracking your patterns of fertility. It is also important for you to keep track of the days when you lest and most fertile. You can easily access your most fertile days by simple assessing the temperature, with the help of devices that track your cycles.

When you start understanding your fertility patterns, you will be in a better position to help facilitate pregnancy. It is needless to say that planning pregnancy happens to be a more mature way of bringing a new life into this beautiful world. With the help of a fertility monitor, keeping track of the days when you are most fertile is very simple and convenient.

Messenger Bot

When it comes to marketing, the more personalized you can make it the better.  Because of this, chatbots have recently been emerging as one of the best channels to offer each and every one of your unique visitors the most authentic one on one experience that you can without yourself actually having to interact with them.  However, just like most of the modern competitive edges you can have, chatbots have very quickly become extremely oversaturated, which has caused them to become much less effective.  On top of that, while there was at one time an open rate of about 50% from the use of chatbots, that same open rate has fallen to just 5-10%.

While these numbers are not necessarily anything to get excited about, at the same time, it also doesn’t prevent many online marketers to stop drooling over the entire thought of using artificial intelligence to try and trick people into thinking that they are actually talking to a real person, while they should have been wondering what the problems the use of chatbots is able to solve for them that certain other solutions can’t do quite as well.

With that being said, here are the absolute best chatbot agencies for 2020 you should look into if you are Messenger Bot marketers.

Chatfuel

This is going to be a bot builder that you can use with Facebook Messenger that is aimed at helping you create your perfect chat bot as easily as possible.  With Chatfuel, you are not going to need to know any kind of coding skills, and even the free version is going to allow you to have up to 5,000 subscribers.  The only downside about the free version, however, is that all of your visitors will see the Chatfuel branding when interacting with your bot.

To get started using Chatfuel is not going to be the easiest thing that you have ever done, it does allow you to manage and even reuse messages much easier than most of the other chatbots available, which is definitely going to be something that you will appreciate further down the road.

Leadformly

Just to clarify, Leadformly is not going to allow you to build a chatbot.  What Leadformly is though, is going to be a way for you to segment users and capture leads to help you grow your business.  What makes this so much better than the traditional chatbot, is the fact that this method is not oversaturated like chatbots.

Flow XO

Flow XO allows you to completely build out a chatbot, host the chatbot that you just created, and even deploy the chatbot across multiple platforms.  What this means is that you are not going to be limited by only using your chatbot on Facebook Messenger.  On top of that, you can also build multiple chatbot widgets that you can then integrate with your website and other third-party platforms, and even share your bots with others too.

While you may think that doing all of this would be pretty complicated, it really isn’t.  The Flow XO interface is extremely easy to use and there is even a free version that you can use in order to ‘test drive’ it and get a feel for everything that this chatbot can do for you.

5 Ways Technology Can Improve Your Home

Shiraz

home security

In the modern world, technology encompasses almost every aspect of your home. From smartphones to ovens, there are many appliances that have come about due to improved technology.

Every other home has a multitude of chores that have to be performed daily. Unlike in the traditional setup where homes were non-functional without nannies, things have changed now. Technology is doing most of the things that were traditionally done manually.

Keep reading for five ways technology can improve your home.

  1. Easy Cooking

The negative publicity that has come with fast food means that more families prefer preparing their meals at home. However, it will be hectic when you have to do it using the traditional kitchen set up.

In the traditional setup, you have to hang around or else everything will be out of control. If it is about the food being prepared, you have to monitor everything closely. Things are the direct opposite when you incorporate newer technology into the kitchen.

First, they are self-regulating, meaning that you don’t have to spend all the time watching over it. If things are not okay, it goes off without hampering other systems of the kitchen. If you have to monitor, you can sufficiently do it from the comfort of your couch. This is because smart ovens are connected with your smartphone, which gives you a chance to monitor closely.

The same applies to a fridge. You will often hear people complain about their food going bad in the fridge, though often because they cannot remember if they placed it in there. In a smart fridge, everything is visualized using your phone, meaning there is no possibility of forgetting.

  1. Easy Cleaning

Cleaning and hygiene is a critical part of every home. A house with children and pets is likely to get dirt at any point. Removing such dirt can be an uphill task, especially when you do not have the appropriate equipment.

One thing about such dirt is that it doesn’t need water to remove as most homes will do. Instead, modern technology has an improvised way of handling it. It primarily relies on the shark vacuum, which is a specialized device that sucks dust.

The elimination of dirt and dust in your home will go a long way in maintaining a clean environment. The equipment filters allergens, thus making your house free from disease-causing germs.

The equipment takes less time, and it is light enough to move around. At the same time, there are automated vacuums that pick any dirt the moment it appears. However, these come at a higher cost but are worth it than having to spend your whole time cleaning manually.

Apart from the vacuum, your home will also reap benefits from other cleaners such as the carpet cleaner. As technology progresses, so should your house and the innate operations.

  1. Saving Energy

Dealing with light can be a hard task, mainly if you are operating under the old system. The old system, in this case, refers to a situation where you have to be at home to access the lighting system.

The emergence of smart lights has revolutionized how people handle their electricity. You don’t have to worry that your kids will leave lights on, leading to the accumulation of bills. From any location, you will be able to check whether the lights are on or off.

This technology will be a great way of minimizing the cost of electricity. However, you should train your kids on the essence of conserving energy.

  1. Access to Information

Technology and access to information are two things that are hard to separate. Adopting technology in your home will give you a chance to access all the information that you may need. This is due to the connectivity that comes with the internet.

In recent times, Wi-Fi has become the order of the day in every home. Homes can hardly operate without it because almost everything is anchored to the internet. With a reliable internet connection, you don’t have to rely on the hard copies of the dailies. Instead, the internet will have you sorted.

At the same time, the internet keeps you updated on current developments. However, you have to be careful and keen to differentiate real-life issues from fake information.

Technology has gone a step further to introduce smart TVs. They have many of the same functions as smartphones and can have important applications like Netflix installed on them.

The combination of a smart TV and a reliable source of the internet put your home in a better position. You don’t have to keep paying TV subscriptions unless it is indispensable.

  1. Security

Security is always something to worry about in your homes. However, this doesn’t have to be the case in this digital age. You don’t have to spend heavily to hire a guard to your home. Instead, it will be more valuable if you adopt the technology.

Technology, in this case, will start with security cameras. In as much as it is not the newest technology, it will go a long way in keeping you safe. Through these cameras, you will carefully monitor people who enter your home.

Advise your kids and let them know the essence of those cameras and how they are to be used. These same cameras can be linked to your smartphone, where you will monitor the operations in your home from whichever location.

On the same note, technology will come in handy when it comes to individuals who can access your home. This will be aided by the fingerprint technology where only designated members can go past your gate.

Western countries are known worldwide for their consumption of technology. This same trait has been transferred into individual homes due to the benefits that come with technology. A combination of easy cleaning, cooking, and access to information is enough for everyone to adopt technology into their homes.
